USU SPARC, formerly known as USU Blanding’s Small Business Development Center, has recently rebranded itself. Under the College of Agriculture and Applied Sciences at Utah State University, the center now refers to itself with its mission description: Small Business, Professional Development, Application, Resources, Certification. And the acronym chosen to describe such an ambitious undertaking is SPARC.
McFall, who is the director of the center, has arranged for two different open houses to help business owners get their information and application together for the SBA grant program. Those who do not have easy access to scanners, printers or high speed internet are invited to stop b on Wednesday, May 19th 2021 from 9 AM to 5 PM or Saturday, May 22nd 2021 from 9 AM to 5 PM MDT.
In addition to McFall, who has been at the forefront of helping county businesses negotiate the sometimes confusing world of the CARES Act grants, Talia Hansen, SPARC’s COVID Resource Expert will be available to make sure you are aware of every bit of funding you may qualify for.
